I only have so much time, so i can't accept every commission that comes my way. commissions are selected based on my interest and bandwidth, not on a first-come-first-serve basis.please be sure to read my full terms! in short...

terms of service

PRODUCTS
- All goods are digital, and no physical goods will be provided upon completion.
- I will strive to perform to the best of my ability in good faith and warrant the work is 100% original according to my best knowledge.
- If you are unsatisfied with the completed work, I will strive to the best of my ability in good faith to come to an amicable resolution, but I make no guarantees regarding revisions, refunds, or additional work.
- The work will be non-obstructively watermarked, and the client may not remove the watermark unless stated explicitly in writing.SALES
- All prices are in USD.
- All prices listed online are only estimates and may vary depending on deadlines, complexity, or other factors.
- Online price estimates do not include backgrounds.
- Please refer to the invoice for the most accurate price. If you are interested in an invoice, place a commission ticket at leekfritter.com/commissions.PAYMENT
- All payments are accepted only through PayPal, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- All payments are due in advance of work start.REFUNDS
- If the client requests cancellation, a full refund may be provided before work begins.
- There will be no refunds after work begins.TIMELINE
- Timelines for completion are variable and may be affected by external circumstances.
- Timeline depends on commission type, complexity, and workload.
- I will provide progress updates and seek client feedback voluntarily.
- Final deliverables are provided using file transfer tools, email or other social media outlets shared with the client.
- If there are any delays and adjustments to the timeline, I will inform the client.
- In the event of a delay greater than 2 weeks from the agreed-upon delivery date, I may offer a partial or full refund depending on the amount of work completed.REVISIONS
- Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, one major revision before line art begins is allowed per item shown to the client during the process.
- After line art, only minor revisions are allowed.
- For any major revisions after the line art has been completed, additional charges may be required.
- Revisions may affect progress and timeline.APPROVAL STAGES
- I will send wips after the initial thumbnailing stage for review. Work on the piece will stop until the client selects one of these thumbnails to proceed with.
- I will send a wip after I complete the line art for review. This is the last opportunity for major revisions.
- I will send additional wips outside of this for review at my discretion.

- I will not be held responsible for deadlines missed due to a lack of communication on behalf of the client. If a deadline is missed due to improper communications, no refunds will be granted.CANCELLATION OF SERVICES
- I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time for any reason.
- If I must cancel a commission due to personal health, emergency circumstances, or inability to meet a deadline, I will offer a full refund if the work has not begun or a partial refund (50%) if the line art has been completed.COPYRIGHT
- I retain all copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property rights, which includes but is not limited to display, advertising, printing, the work and work in progress on websites, social media, portfolios, public broadcast channels and more.
- Clients receive exclusive, non-transferable usage rights to the Work for personal use. 'Personal use' means: display on social media accounts for promotional purposes with no direct monetization, such as profile pictures, banners, and posts; print and framing in personal spaces; and display as part of designs on websites and channels. The client must not claim work as their own and must credit the artist using their social tag/username/link at the instance of display of the Work or permanently on their websites, social media profiles, broadcast channels and so on. The client must not edit or modify the work in any way without prior permission from the artist.
- Commercial usage rights are not included unless specified in the commission type or listing on the artist’s websites or as agreed upon. 'Commercial rights' means usage of the work on streams or any monetized instances and selling or reselling the work to another party as a part of any product or on another platform. Commercial rights may be purchased by the client for twice the price of the work.
- Usage of Work for AI (artificial intelligence) tools; platforms or programs, ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs; AI or ML training; NFT; blockchain; or other for-profit platforms/purposes, is strictly prohibited.This is subject to change at any time.
